I requested a collar for my puppy on 10/11 taken care of and was informed 14 days later it had been unavailable. I ordered a different one on Nov. 6th and on Nov. 19 named and was informed it had been never requested. I request the Supervisor Michelle to return my charge card and he or she explained they on did exchanges. Issue? I've nothing to switch. She was really rude. Our charge card has ceased fee. Terrible place to look
