It is amazing to see these terrible reviews because I have been shopping here for years and the service is fantastic. Michelle is always so sweet. Now, understand she is a great salesperson, so she may come across as "forward;" but, she is great. I've shopped at dog boutiques all around the country and Foxy Paws is by far the best.in fact, it is the only reason (besides Neiman's) to visit The Shops at Willow Bend-every other store is vacant. Obviously, the mall needs some leasing help—Plano deserves a better mall. Go Foxy Paws!
