I contracted Bulk Express Logistics to move 5 truckloads of cargo from Ohio to their facility in New Jersey and then pick up containers at the Port of Newark and return to their facility and then ship the containers to the port.
They picked up the cargo in a timely fashion and after giving them instructions on where to pick up the containers they ignored my request and caused me to lose the vessel that the material was being shipped which resulted in a monetary loss for me. They would not return phone calls or emails during this time.
After I personally went to their facility to instruct them on what do to as well as taking an inventory of the material (which they were supposed to do), they again did not do as instructed and I lost the next vessel for the cargo and which again resulted in more loss of monies. Again they refused to return phone or email messages.
Finally on the third try, I contacted an attorney in New Jersey to get help in moving my cargo. After receiving a call from my attorney they began to deliver the cargo on time except for the last container and then told me that they wanted complete payment for the movement before they delivered the last container.
My loss's amounted to in excess of $5,000 and that does not include the attorney's fee or the cost of the money for the material.
