I am telling about Home Buyers Assistant. I worked for this company for a little over a month. It was a sales job, commission only. The problem is that they did not pay for all of my sales.
They claimed to have a "cap" if your sales were not converted on the other end. But there was no way for you to verify whether they converted or not. You just had to tke the company's word for it.
Not only that, but they had a quality control system set up where they would call you. I quickly became aware that many of the people I spoke to were not actual customers, but quality control reps. On one particular day they shut the dialer down altogether and did QA all day. How can someone make money like that!
I am very disturbed also by the fact that the people who called wanted assistance buying a home. Little did they know that the company has instructed the reps not to even mention the housing list available if they can "sell" the caller on credit repair. How ubsurd!
I think someone needs to regulate this company to require a verification system for sales so that reps are paid if they make a sale and able to verify when they do not. I have been selling over the phone since 1999. I know better! They are rip off artists!!! And they need to be shut down!!! They rip off clients AND employees!!
