I joined a company that has most anything you would buy in stores at cost pricing. I have ordered a few thousand dollars worth of furniture. The man I am dealing with has made not one but three mistakes. First he misplaced the order all together. Made a lame excuse about the comptuer failing. Then he ordered the wrong color fabric and my couch came in damaged. Thrid not all the wrong peices came in at once. I just want my money back. He insist that he cannot do this and it's not his fault.
This "manager" can only "manage" to tie on a buzz and I will not stand for it. I want my money back!!! I also want my membership money back. You pay the tune of 2300 for a lifetime fee! Oh and you have to join that day or never. Be Very Carefull! Might not be so bad if the service wasn't so poor or High all the time!
