On the dates of February 11,12, 13, and 15 singer Sarah Galway recorded 5 songs at the Track Recording Studio in Plano, TX. Studio time was booked and purchased by Ms. Galaway's manager Troy "Hiroller" Jones also of Plano, TX. The total cost of services provided by the studio, which included use of the studio, audio engineer, and master recordings was $2,451.75 and invoiced upon completion of the recording project to Mr. Jones. The studio's policy is to retain the original master recording until all payments for services are received, but Mr. Jones insisted the master copy of the songs be released to him immediately as he had a trip scheduled to New York City early the following day with Ms. Galway to meet several major record label executives.
Mr. Jones further asked that the studio duplicate a total of 15 compact discs of the master recording, as it was nearly midnight upon completion of the project and the flight was too early the next day to have time to make additional copies which we agreed.
