We began business with Guy, as well as his brother Kemp, in June. As they now claim to be separate businesses, we are reporting them separately. We manufactured frames for their eyeglass lines, as well as providing assembly at our manufacturing facility. To date we are currently owed $3609.54 from Guy.
Guy would respond to our requests for payment offering to pay but never sending actual payment. Each time, payment would be promised by a date but not delivered.in addition, each point of our contact was met with deflection; they would claim the product was faulty (quality tests at our facility prove that this is not the case); he would claim he owed less than we had on our books; or he would claim to not have the funds available. We were also told that several of his debts really belonged to Kemp, so he refused to pay. We offered him payment plans as well as the ability to pay by credit card.
After several attempts to contact Guy we still have not received complete payment for our labor or materials. Do not do business with this man. He will not pay you for your services.
