Requested from Mr. Lenny Proietto (Pulse Sales Inc) to book my car for shipment to Puerto Callao, Lima, Per, from Miami.in order for him to do that he requested a non-refundable deposit, and he will have the booking ready in a matter of hours because both boats were available.
Sent money first thing next morning, yet booking was never done. About 10 days letter when I had to make a booking with another shipping company (of which I informed him) he finally indicated he will have a booking, but it would cost me $400 more.
I warned him several times that I had stopped doing business with him and if my $250 deposit was not refunded will file a complaint for breach of contract from his part (failure to book as promised, and at the cost we had agreed. He ignored me, and did not care if I would file a complaint, insisting the deposit was non-refundable.
For what I have experienced, Mr. Proietto is running a fraudulent operation, fishing for non-refundable deposits and -once obtained - failing to comply to regular business practices. If the customer opts out, and probably sooner or later will, then he pockets the $250 deposit. No service done!
