T-mobile doesnt just have a terrible cell phone service but any other service get worse and you have to pay no matter what you have to do. If you want to change the plan you get charge if you have a family plan and the family member cant use the phone service any more even when you have medical proof you have to pay no matter what you have to do you have to pay. And on top of that the late fee, re storation fee you will get all types of fees and overcharges for anything and everything.
The plans are terrible and the service truly its bad. Its best if you go to a drug store and buy a disposable phone you will get your money worth stay away from them. I been with them for almost five years and they keep charging me fee on top of fee. RUN KIDS RUN go to another company and safe your hard earned money, even if you have extra money give it to charity and not these people they are truly all about the money and they have forgoten about customer and great cell phone service.
