Ripoff

I have applied for a job at walmart several times, but to find out they have no interest in hiring me, the reason:

The reason is never told to me.

All i get is, they are still going through the applications and will look at mine.

This is all fine at the time, but time is money to me,
i wait several days and no word, i call and still no good responds.

I go into the walmart store and ask for the manager who does the hiring,

The maneger says to me - i will look at your application, but 3 weeks has went by, no word either after i call or go in, the manegement dont know anything, which i dont exspect any more from them
