Cannot contact Repairtechinc

Bought a five-year warranty on my Sony Television and today the TV wants support... Named all the Repairtechinc service figures and all I get is "the phone call CAn't be finished as dialed"... As well as their site doesn't occur anymore... The warranty cost was $499.99 and so I am not really a happy camper...
