Can't Find Company

I purchased a digital camera from Broadway Photo in May. At that time I purchased an extended 3 year warranty from Repair Tech.

Now that my camera is in need of repair, I cannot locate them and I cannot get in contact with Broadway Photo either. I have no idea of how to proceed from here. Apparently, this warranty is useless.
