You should post honest tactful reviews of your products, not just the positive ones, not only for moral reasons but to retain your customers. You lost a 160.00 sale because of this. There are other department stores that carry the same, and better, merchandise with equal discounts that post ALL honest reviews for the sake of the consumer.
