A magazine company who scams anyone who answers their phone

I answered my phone one day and these people somehow started sending me magazines and then 1 day i found charges on my credit card. After trying to dispute these cahrges with both the company and the reader services i have still had no luck and have been getting charged 59.85 every other month. I need some help on what to do.
