Merchant failed to deliver order, did not respond to inquiries, and I disputed bill with credit card company. They then sent multiple threatening abusive e-mails, which they continue to do, demanding payment. They refuse to take it up with American Express saying they have "no problem" with the credit card company, but with me. If they were legit, they'd argue with American Express about the chargeback, but they don't. They threaten my credit and threaten me with "legal" action. Still, I received no product, and no offer for them to send the product I did not receive.
