As you've probably read by now, this company is going to fight to not pay out on any claims but what you might not know is that they've systematically made it as inconvenient as possible for you to CANCEL your policy. You can't do it online by logging in, you can't do it by phone. You have to email it to them or send a fax. But guess what? They won't RECEIVE your email or fax and will continue to charge your credit card.
They won't remove your credit card out of their system either. The lead in the renewals department -Mike Sosa - said it's impossible for him to do anything —cancel your policy even though it's on the system, can't refund your money, can't forward your call to accounting, and can't request for them to remove your credit card from their system.
From front to back their entire business plan is a total scam. We need a class action suit against them but what they'll do is to fold up and claim bankruptsy and to reform under another name. I guess that would shut them down for a while though.
