Signed up for their "50 free bids" offer and was charged $99 to my credit card without my knowledge or authorization. Sent e-mails to them to try to cancel the account/order but they did not respond. Couldn't find a telephone number to call but I read that one person did find a telephone number for them but calls went unanswered.
If this happens to you file a complaint with your credit card company and supply them with documentation that you attempted to cancel the transaction They apparently have a policy permitting cancellation within 7 days but the policy is hidden and not honored. They use this policy excuse as a reason to fight the charge backs from credit card companies.
I am hopeful that I will win my case against them and get my money back!
