I purchased the genie bra that was advertised on TV. I received them but They are total junk! I called for an RA # as requested for a return and sent the package back to them. Months went by I never received my credit back on my charge card. I called several times. Finally one operator said they never got my package. I fax'd over my receipt that proved I sent the package back but, they refuse to give me back my money! They keep giving me the run around. I have called at least 7 times now but they keep finding excuses not to return my money. What can I do? They owe me $85.97. Their bras are junk and so is the company!
