We hired this company because of its high rating on the Better Business Bureau and a statement by the owner of the company on TrustLink that states: If you are not 100 satisfied they will give your money back!!! They arrived 3-4 hours late because their truck was ceased by the California Highway Patrol, took their time with frequent cigarette breaks. Their workers were cursing in front of my wife and children and they damaged our property and the property of our condo building and storage facility. Once they realized that we were severely dissatisfied with their services, the workers went through our property and chose valuables (plasma TVs, computer and electronic equipment, commercial printers, gym equipment and other personal valuables) in order to use as leverage for demanding payment.
