PSauditors Chris Tuft Gabe Tuft Patrick Williams Illegal upfront fees, Deceptive practices, Failed to perform as promised

Warning Homeowners:
I am in the loan modification and foreclosure defense industries. I put a client into the hands of Paladin Securitization Auditors, also known as PS Auditors out of Cheyenne, Wyoming to stop their foreclosure. I was told that Paladin had a 100% track record-never failed to stop a foreclosure and my client would get 5-6 more months in their home. Furthermore, I shared a few telephone conversations and emails with my client and Paladin representatives, Chris Tuft and Gabe Tuft and we were told that my clients audit had revealed numerous violations with huge government fines, one that had a $200,000 fine and the lender could not allow this sale to go through, because it would be an illegal foreclosure. Even the day before the sale date, my client heard that the sale would absolutely be stopped. But the auction did go through-the home reverted back to the bank.
When my client asked Chris Tuft from Paladin what happened, my client was now told that there was a potential RESPA section 6 violation-but it only has a $10,000 fine and it is not even a proven violation yet. What happened to the violation that had a fine of $200,000? This is totally different story after the fact. My client feels duped, scammed and ripped off out of thousands of dollars and blames Paladin for losing their home. If we had known that Paladin could not deliver, my client would have gone a different route. My client is told now by Paladin that an attorney could help, but at this point my client has no more money to hire a lawyer. Beware agents, do not trust what Paladin says. We got a totally different story before and after-so what is the truth? Their website is www.psauditors.com. I recommend that you not trust this company with your clients. I feel just terrible for sending my client to Paladin. I have talked to the Justice Dept. Of Ca. Today and it is illegal for any company doing anything to help a homeowner in foreclosure and charging upfront fees. It is banned in Ca. And the US government. You have been warned about Paladin.
