Dish network div of echo satelite corp. I shouldn't have to pay for their bookkeeping errors Crooks

I was contacted by phone about this wonderful deal. I had a salesman come out as I am disabled, He signed me up for a year contract on dish network.

Payments due on the 15th of each month. This was in June. On Nov 10th of I rec'd a call from dish network that my nov payment had not been rec'd yet.

It wasn't due till the 15th so I told them it was in mail. On nov 30 I get a bill for nov and Dec for 103.12 due on the 15th of Dec.

I mail the check but they don't have a record of it. My bank says it cleared on the 12th, On the 12th, they shut my service off.

Now they want 25.00 to reinstall it plus late fees. I paid them as agreed but they don't have any record of it. I told them that my bank wants 20.00 for a copy of the check but they won't pay that fee either.

I don't feel I have to pay them to do their bookkeeping. I'm out Dec services and I am very upset. Please if you can, shut them down so other disabled or even other persons don't have to deal with these crooks.
