I ordered Stephen Young's Book "$BILLION SOURCES WANT TO SEND YOU FREE CASH on January 23 for$23.90 and received it about 3 weeks later. I mailed out the applications to several of the foundations listed in this book WITH THE PROMISE OF RECEIVING DESPARATELY NEEDED HELP. It has been approximately 6 weeks, and I have not heard any response at all from any of them.

This must be a frad and a scam and Mr. Stephen Young and Communications Publishing must be investigated and stopped from taking inocent people's money and giving them false hopes...
