I recieved this letter in the mail on a book that tells you how to get free money from the government. Since I have learned that alot of these things are scams, I decided to look up this person before persuing this. Thats when i came upon this site and saw that someone in was ripped off by Stephen Young and his so called communications publishing. I have not sent any money, but would like for this man to be caught, and stopped, and to warn people that he is still out there scamming people with this book, and it is now, June!!! Someone has to put a stop to this, he has been getting away with this for to long!!!
