Another sales person forced to leave again today due to the sales manager's inability to handle the position he was hired to do. The manager in this office has hired 6 new people in the last 2 weeks and they already are questioning their decision on why they joined FleetMatics.
You are not a salaried sales representative but paid hourly. This manager in the Chicago Web office will tell allude to the fact that if you are not hitting your target you should come in early and stay late, but the catch is they will not pay you for overtime.
