At or about August 5th, I paid Britton Group Cleaning $110 to perform a cleaning service to my parent's home. On the first appointment, they showed up late and did not provide the proper service in which they advertised on their website.
The appointment was rescheduled for a second time in which they never showed up. After complaining to their corporate office, a partial refund was given to me for $59.00, however they still owe me $50. I wrote numerous email and as of this date and time, I have yet to hear back from them.
