In December I bought 3 Nintendo DS Lites from Device Japan as Holiday provides for my kids. Once exposed on Christmas day-one of the DS Lites wouldn't understand publishing and phrases about the display and so couldn't utilize activities for example Brain-Training or Spongebob attracted to Existence. On pictochat it might not attract a straight-line. On another of the units inside a morning of enjoying the A turned complicated and completely frustrated. After calling Device Japan I subsequently delivered both units to Hongkong (trying to explain to my really annoyed kids they choose to go back again to Santa's elves for fix). Three months later the units were delivered in my experience, without any specialist statement, and were the identical as after I had delivered to Hongkong nothing have been completed for them. Following a number of emails I've now been requested to resend them back again to Hongkong due to their specialists to check out them. Our kids are in possession of dropped lots of religion in Santa Claus, I don't wish to spend AGAIN to come back them to Hongkong to only ask them to delivered in my experience within the same condition. Their customer support is terrible. They've been rude in my experience in emails - publishing in capitals that I can't answer customer support answers. I at this time don't understand what to complete.
