Order for Rollabind refill sheets placed on 05 Feb. Total cost $23.85. Email acknowledgement of order and payment received on 06 Feb. Although I have left several phone (voice mail) and email messages, have received NO response.
Noone has ever answered the phone, just voice mail.
Today, 5 March requested arbitration through PayPal. Since I paid with PayPal and am within the 45 day period required by PayPal, I do expect to get a refund; however, I want to warn others about this ripoff.
