I am reporting bad business ethics and possible highjacking of funds for services not provided for. I chose this location for my girlfriend to receive massages for a 6 month period. The intention was to make it very easy and comfortable for her to do so. Each month 59$ would be drafted out of my account for her monthly massage.
After about the third massage, she shared with me that it was hard to make an appontment sometimes, and the massages, supposively and hour long, were only about 40 minutes long.in a nutshell she was displeased with the service she was getting from these folks and waned to cancel. One manager she spoke with, told her she could cancel earlier than the required 30 day required notice if she was displeased. When she went in to do so another employee told her she could not. The miscommunication between that employee and her supervisor, led to and arguement between her and my girlfriend.
My girlfriend was very upset and called her a smartass and left. The next thing we know, she is banned form that location because of her behavior. Please keep in mind she had 2 massages left that we had paid for that had not been used. The franchise told her she could go to one of the other locations, far far from home, or have the massages transfered to a gift card someone else could use. So because of the wrong information this whole issue occured. This company has no idea of customer service, or for that matter insuring customer satisfaction.
Now this establishment said they will not refund my checking account or transfer the massages to a gift card like they said they would originally. It has been nightmare of an experience for us. This company gives false and inaccurate information over and over again. The massages expire in 5 days and they just want to keep my money with no services provided. It is a total racket dealing with these crooked people.
I encourage the people of South Carolina to please stay away from this company. The massages are poor in quality and you do not receive what you pay for. I bought this membership for this specific location of the company and if they can not service at this location because of their own errors, then they need to refund my money...
