Maria Arriola is a so-called escrow officer at working out of Glendale, CA. She claims to know how to do escrow however in reality she is dumb and idiotic. She does not know how to return any phone calls and her assistants even hate her.
Maria Arriola should not be in the escrow business, she can't even handle her own finances, why would anyone want to trust her with their transaction. The only reason why she is still working is because her husband brings in good business to the company.
Maria Arriola is the worst escrow officer around. I had a deal with her only because I was on the buyer's end of the transaction and it is the listing party that gets to choose who they do escrow with. If I had a choice, I would never use Maria Arriola.
Buyer's and Seller's beware, if you want a smooth transaction, DO NOT use Maria Arriola.
