Co. Offered $100 gift card to switch your services to them and we still never rec'd it! Made numerous calls to them and keep getting told that they will put in a request to get this done, sent emails

Crooks! Promised $100 gift card to switch my cable, phone and internet services to them and we get their bills but no gift card as of yet. It's been over 4 months of calls and emails and no responses!!! They just bate you in to get your service and then make it impossible to get what they promised you!

Watch your bills closely they also add in additional charges without your permission and knowledge.
