Our company placed an order with www.silkgreenhouse.com in April. The wrong item was sent and the new item never arrived.
I have been trying to get a refund since August. I have left 12 messages and sent several emails. I was even given a check number of the check I was supposed to receive for my refund and it has never come.
They owe my company $438.88
