I have been a customer of Harris Poll for many years. Recently, the incentive program was changed. The incentive gifts were completely changed, although I don't like them, which in itself is not a problem. I decided to cash in on the Amazon gift certificate and was promised to have it in 3-5 days. After a week of not receiving the incentive, I emailed the company. Not getting a response, I tried several more times and even called the main office. I have never received any response, an email explaining the situation, or a phone call. It appears that Harris Poll is not interested in customer service related to their survey customers. At this point the frustration has me considering terminating my relationship with this company.
