I have called countless times to this company never get an answer for customer service. However when placing my order there was always someone there to take my order. I feel like this company is a scam they are only there to take your money they sent me broken glasses and do not want to take the responsibility of exchanging them at least. When i opened the package after receiving it the content in the package looked either used / scratched or broken. They are either selling used merchandise for new (on the site) it looked brand new. I don't understand why I'm being treated this way. All I know is I will call the BBB and report them as well as my credit card company and explaining exactly how I was treated. Beware of this company!!!
