Wanted to cancel order 5 minutes after ordering, but won't listen

I ordered to rewrite my resume to Tunarez.com. As soon as I clicked confirming my order, I realized I don't want to rewrite my resume. I called them with in 2-5 minutes, and talked to them that I would like to cancel the order. But they won't listen and declined to refund my money.
