More than 2 weeks to deliver a resume and cover letter is absolutely unacceptable! Customer service is HORRIBLE and their excuse is "they did not recieve my email because hotmail and live email accounts are blocked in their system"! Is this warning on the website... NO! The resume is ok but their follow up and resume posting service DOES NOT WORK! Dont waste your money.
Now I am on my way to complain to the better business bureau!
