Alan Freer & Jared Shafer white supremacist ripoff
My name is Lamont and what Im about to report concerning Alan Freer and Jared Shafers open and confessed racism I would have never believed to be possible in America. It involves sealed court cases, which I will explain later in this report. A copy of this cell phone recording of this revealing confession is in the hands of the Department of Justice and the FBI and will be on this report as soon as they grant a release to publish.
It begins with my Father Lamar Brown who worked for 32 years as a carpenter in Atlanta. My dad built schools for under privilege children for his entire career. He retired in 1998 and decided to move with my mother to Las Vegas. My parents had eleven wonderful years living in Henderson Nevada. Things turned horrible when my mother was killed by a hit and run driver while crossing the street in Henderson. The police never found the driver and father had a break down. I wanted to bring dad home, but ran into the Las Vegas Family courts. Jared Shafer Clark Countys former public guardian was assigned to protect his assets because our family were not residents of the state. Alan Freer was Mr. Shafers attorney.
In 2010 the court battles began. I found Freer and Shafer had removed over $150,000 from my dads accounts in false billings and questionable charges.in defense for these billings Alan Freer submitted lie after lie about our family. One of the court papers stated our family was dysfunctional because we were African American. Family court Commissioner Jon Norheim allowed the following statement into our case, African American families by their nature are dysfunctional. It is a part of their culture. I learned from other black families Freers anti black filings are welcomed in court by Commissioner Norheim. Im a plumber and I spent over $125,000 in legal bills attempting to have my father released from Jared Shafers house prison. My attorney was Elyse Tyrell.
Unfortunately I discovered she was working for Jared Shafer at the same time she was representing me. Tyrell said there was nothing wrong with Freers statement about African American families. One evening after visiting dad my wife and I went to the Bootlegger, an Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. Sitting two tables away from us was Alan Freer and Jared Shafer. My emotions got the better of me and I approach their table. Alan Freer was the first to speak, he said, I didnt know they served your kind in this restaurant. I turned slightly toward him. Jared Shafer said get it into your head Vegas is a white town. If you believe someone with your color is going to win in family court guess again. Commissioner Jon Norheim hates black people as much as we do. We are members of the same group. I said what gives you the right to judge someone on the basis of the color of their skin? Alan freer answered my white skin. Jared Shafer said go eat your water melon boy and keep your colored mouth shut. Alan Freer said get away from our table, your kind stinks. Jared Shafer will press charges against you for harassment.
I returned to my table and paid the check without finishing our meal. When I approached my car it had been scratched with a sharp device. Someone tried to spell something, but the words didnt appear very clear. A police report was filed. Naturally no one saw a thing.
My father passed away on July 26. He simply stopped eating. Jared Shafer, his guardian didnt notify me. I learned of dads death from his neighbor across the street. Nevada is like the old south, which my grandparents talked about. As a proud African American I realize we are hated in this town. They want our money in the slots, but when it comes to our rights blacks are back in the 1930s. Shafer and Freer are Mormons. I learned no African Americans are members of their Mormon ward or stake. The church of the LDS exists by and for white people. Read the book of Mormon and it is clearly spelled out. It gets better.
Several years ago the Las Vegas journal published a story about Las Vegas citizens who had their cases sealed in the courts. One of the largest users of this sealed case privilege is Jared Shafer. I want to thank the NAACP, Mr. Jackson, and Move On.org who has found evidence Mr. Shafers cases were sealed to protect him from his racist treatment of types of families he didnt like. Many of the cases involved his treatment of black, Moslem, and Latin families. The minorities were treated like second class citizens in the courts of Commissioner Jon Norheim and judge Chuck Hoskin. Please Google Las Vegas sealed court cases and you will find the references for this point. Ive lost the fight for my father, but Im fighting on against this racist and corrupt system, which is a part of everyday life in the Mormon racist community of Las Vegas.
