Alan D. Freer of Solomon Dwiggins, & Freer A Las Vegas attorney has been ripping off seniors for years. I regret helping him commit these horrible crimes against the sick and disabled.
I went to work for Jared Shafer Clark Countys former public guardian in 2001. Jared Shafer was Alan Freers largest client. Jared Shafer and Alan Freer made it clear they were only interested in how much money they could get out of senior citizens who moved to Las Vegas and became ill. The money was easy and Jared Shafer taught me to love it. When Jared Shafer left the public guardians office and went into private practice, I followed him.in fact I helped him and Elyse Tyrell cover up and forge incriminating documents, which if exposed could have sent Alan Freer and Jared Shafer directly to prison. Under Ms. Tyrells direction Mr. Shafer was fully protected from the Nevada State ethics committee investigation in 2004. All of this was minor compared to what I was about to do.
I learned Jared Shafer was getting extra money for selling the bodies of his wards for black market medical experiments while they were still alive. I helped both men do this unspeakable crime. Jared Shafer and Alan Freer received large sums of money for these human trafficking transactions. Most of the buyers were from drug companies and medical schools located outside of the United States. The black market medical money just kept flowing in.
Alan Freer used some of his money to travel to Thailand for sex tours involving young boys under the age of 10. Jared Shafer arranged these trips for him. Alan Freer with the money he stole from Seniors made 4 trips to Thailand in two years so he could enjoy this unspeakable pleasure. Alan Freer said as long as seniors retire to Vegas we can do what we want.
The money stolen from seniors by Alan Freer & Jared Shafer is being used for immoral purposes.in Jared Shafers case the money is spent on liquor, pills for his addicted wife, under paying for property, which belonged to families who worked all of their lives to acquire it, and to help members of the Las Vegas mob launder money.
Jared Shafer assured me while I was employed by him no one would do anything about what was going on. He said Senator Reid, Nevadas governor, and large numbers of State legislators were afraid to take him on. Jared Shafer made it clear in Senator Reids case that Reid needed money to stay in the senate and he didnt care where it came from. Jared said, if these government people even think about doing something against me they will never work again.
Since leaving Jared Shafers employment I asked for his help in finding a job. The Rip Off reports have made it very difficult for me to be hired. Jared Shafer said the complaints are your problem. After all Ive done for this man and the years I spent helping him. Ive been kicked in the teeth by Alan Freer and Jared Shafer. This is for all of you who are now working for Jared Shafer please understand when a problem comes Jared and Alan Freer will throw you under the bus. My young son is suffering in his school because of these Rip Off reports. He has been beat up twice. Alan Freer said that is your problem. Children will never be kind and that is the way life can be. If you work for Shafer take your best shot because Jared and Alan will never help you. The money is too large. If you move to Nevada while my former boss and his mob are in control you are in danger of losing everything you have. The Las Vegas family court will take everything under the illusion of law. The money will be spent on child molestation, drugs, liquor, and laundering money for the Las Vegas mob. Alan Freer and Jared Shafer know they can drain the families to the point where they cant fight back because Alan Freer uses the estate money to destroy anyone who challenges them. Fraudulent legal bills, slander, liable, and harassment are three of his strongest weapons. Families are punished in two ways for resisting: first the loved one is forced to be a part of a medical experiment and while this is going on the estate money is drained in false billings. I know this practice will never be stopped, but people need to know what attorneys like Alan D. Freer are doing in the name of the law.
