TMobile offered consumers to try their service for free for 2 weeks. I accepted their offer and found their service to have fuzzy connections and many dropped calls, even in the metro area in which they claimed was a "ggod" area.
I used 3 differnt phones, opening and closing an account each time, thinking that the phone might be the issue. Each time, I continued to experience fuzzy connections and dropped calls.
After cancelling within the 2 week period, I received a bill for $93.19.
Calls to Customer Support did nothing to address their false advertising claims and rescind the bill. I have filed a clain with the Federal Communications Commission. You can file claims online, so I would suggest this to anyone that has an issue with TMobile.
