Retailers National Bank ripoff say i owe but won't give me a credit report or any kind of info to what or where or how

Was informed i owe 370.00 dollars on top of 3700 dollars fees for somethine i was unaware i owed for, never a bill sent, told me they had no current adress to bill to, which i believe to be an errow on there part somehow.

When asked for info to resolve this problem they told me i would have to talk to my lawyer, if this is a scam i need to know and if it somehow is an error on my part all i want to do is resove it in the best way. I cheet no one but expect fair play in return.
