After I ordered several of the wrong items I received a fast response on the replacement. They have very friendly and helpful staff. Airsplat is a very good company-hard to beat their prices and selection. One of the reasons I ordered the wrong items is that the web information is not very complete or inconsistent in the "product details" tab for each item. The site has a tremndous amount of very helpful overall information about the sport and guns but in the description part for each gun posting mores specifics about the performance of the guns would be helpful. Providing airsplat's own chrono scores for example for different weight BBs. Many air soft arenas like our Airsoft Battleground in Rocklin Ca have a 400 FPS limit. Players want to be able to play up to that limit and know what the guns actual does, vs the box specs. It also would be helpful if they provided more detail about what fit what, example which magazines or holsters fit which guns.
