The Living Social site charged my credit card for two items but they only sent one. I contacted them several times to no avail. They respond in an email, admit that I paid for two and tell me to call the customer service line. When I call, it cycles through an automatic system and hangs up.
I contacted my credit card company and had them stop payment and request funds back but of course, Living Social also does not respond from their end.
I see many others are complaining about this site and the same scenarios. They are a rip off, take your money and do NOT give you the product paid for but DO charge your credit card for it.
