DIRECTV ripoff Unauthorized bank transactions
Also a victim? Resond to this report... There are many of us! It NEEDS to be stopped

I called customer service and I got:
lies, rudeness, and unwillingness to help of the customer rep departmet of
this unethically run "DIRECTV". I've never dealt with such degrading, rude, and unwilling to help people.
How can they condone such wrongful actions of their employees! Here in the U S of A I was always under the impression that our motto in business is the customers always right.

OK here is the gist
I awoke today to check my account and saw a large amount taken out, that over drafted my account and has since now caused re occurring fees that will not stop until this is fixed and reversed.
