This company will take your money and are so nice and willing to help you until you have any type of problem then the sales people turn into b*tches and will hang up on you or put you on hold and leave you there. I bought 4 hair styling chairs and one went bad and they will not honor the warranty and replace the hydraulic base of the chair.
