Beth Palmer of Property First and Kip Hudakoz of Devonwood Home Owners Association tried to termiinate a contract agreement after obtaining non refundable electronic equipment, filed false accusations against me and my company, obtained credit information illegally and without consent. I have done business with them before and always had a delay in payment. Beth Palmer of Property First Incorporated is the reason I added a 15% late charge on payments to my agreements. She has consistently delayed payments to me as well as other local businesses. This company has lost several property management contract in the past 2 years.
