Ordered Lounge and still waiting 4 months later!

I requested a bar seat from Harvey Norman and was informed it'd consider 6 - 2 months to reach in Hobart. I've now been waiting 17 months and never so much like a telephone call or perhaps a sorry in the revenue division at Harvey Norman. Extremely frustrating.
