On June 24th I bought a Panasonic Heat pump unit from Harvey Norman Ltd Henderson branch and Panasonic Ltd were to supply a 24 " television set free (at no cost) BUT now over 2 months later 30th August the tv has not arrived nor any communication has been received from either Company
