Crickit wireless
Will not refund or replace a brand new, 6 days old phone or monthly fee, paid 7 days prio

I bought a cell phone & monthly service online from crickit about 6-7 months later while talkingit would breakup then drop the calls, so i bought a new phone on 7/21 same thing started happening! On 7/25 i took the phone back, they said i must've dropped it then they, then the said the storm[ we had recently had been causing the trouble, they then said the phone was in the roaming mode. I know that they were not a reliable wireless company i asked for my $ 29.95back for the phone 7 days old with less then38 minutes on it, and the $35.00 monthly service fee piad on or around 7/17/18!! They looked at me and said NO
