Worldwide Tracers, Inc say it is only a 'certain type' of person who complains about them. That we as clients are angry only because they can't solve every case. But what I am angry about is not that they failed to solve my case, but they failed to communicate. After eight months and several emails I finally got a response: "Sorry I will get a report out to you next week". Another month passed and I sent an email to say that I was seriously thinking they are frauds. The response was: "Why because we failed to solve your case? Nowhere did we promise to solve your case" HMMMph!!! So where is the professionalism in that? Where is the 'So Sorry but we are backlogged. I can tell you we have done. Xxx... And will get you a more detailed report very shortly." Or, "We have done xxx... But unfortunately we have not been able to get a response from xxx. Or xxx..." GET IT, Worldwide Tracers? Of course you do, because you are well aware that you are a scam!
