I sent this correspondance to Kirk Rutherford in May. I signed up Worldwide Tracers in April of in 2 months I will have been with this company 2 years. Now they won't respond to me, no updates and no daughter. It is emotionally draining and down right cruel. Kirk Rutherford is using his elderly fathers good name to encourage business that in my case he has not delivered on.
I read your responses to me and frankly I am impressed to see that you do respond to your clients with some sense of concern only this time it is to tell me off and chastise me for bad behavior. For the business that you are in, your communication is poor and sporadic. When you get pissed and bothered by your clients then you come out of your corner swinging. I have kept all of my emails and shared them with professional friends who know that I am looking for my child. It is not clear that you had resources to help you with my case. On the outside looking in things appeared questionable which is why I requested that we petition the courts or use my brother who is an attorney to assist.
You declined my request yet we are going over a year for what you have deemed as a difficult case. Just a month ago you said you had just met a source that specializes in Missouri namely Kansas City and you would check to see if he could do anything in St Louis. My mother is 72 years old, my father has already died and I want my daughter to meet her family while we are still around to know her if but just one time.
You are in a business you want your client (s) to be patient, but that requires your company to demonstrate your postion of trust and understanding... If you don't have that and know that, you are in the wrong business. You claimed your work load was heavy yet you were still running specials on the Internet, I saved those with dates. So come on what am I to do and think. Now I am not trying to cause you or your company trouble or grief but this is one area of my life where I am trying to lay back and let you do your job but I am not clear that I can trust you and that you are not bull crapping me. I am understanding but don't play with my emotions and time. Now you are acting like everything is in my court, no everything is and has been in your court
I am looking for my loved one your company should be prepared to send a notice out to 1. Let people know on a 90 day basis that you are still working on their behalf. 2. It would be nice to send out a semi annual report letting your client know in generic terms how successful your company has been in finding and arranging adoption reunions. Every company working for the peace of mind of their clients should be proud to send out a progress report showing the company's success in finding adoptee's, birth parents, siblings, etc.
