I am a real estate agent and Marathon Termite is fraudulent. Do not use them for anything. Everyone in their office is rude. They charged my client $220.00 for an initial pest inspection. When I called them on the fees, they said it was $85 billed up front or $110 at escrow. It would be extra for a bigger house. This house was 980 sq ft, why double the fees?
They also would not reinspect the house because the work was completed by a licensed contractor. They stated the work had to be completed by their company otherwise they would not even come out for reinspection. It sounds to me they got upset because someone else completed the work & the homeowner did not want to pay their ridiculous fees!
